You came into my life when I was young

" Your not taking my Mum away from me I said" - You didn't.

" I don't want my mum marrying an old ashtray" - you gave up smoking instantly.

Little by little, day by day you broke down the walls of my frosty teenager exterior and met my testing demands.

I soon began to realise you didn't want to steal Mum away from us you only wanted to steal her heart and love her. You supported me, you listened to my troubles, you sat hours doing homework, you became my taxi driver, and cared for me when I was sick. You had patience, understanding and most importantly Love.

YOU became DAD and WE became a FAMILY.   

We have have so many wonderful memories over the years, too many to mention of fun, laughter and happiness.

My heart aches in your absence and you will be missed everyday xxx
