Me and Emma loved our granddad very much and he was such a loving and caring granddad. We have had so many memories with him and nan. For example going to the trams like every year and eating the gingerbread men, time and tides museum, playing telestrations and no one wanted to sit next to granddad because his drawings were rubbish but it was hilarious trying to guess what he had drawn. We miss him so much, love M&E xx

We are still so very sad. Chris was an amazing person with a heart of pure gold. He gave so much to others. Never stopped, always the perfectionist. I will always remember the many hours spent alongside him poring over the editing of the Community magazine with very fond memories. Much love to the family xx
